Al Oloom

A custom typeface created for THE KUWAIT FOUNDATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENCES (KFAS). A bilingual display typeface developed from the original Al Oloom Magazine logotype designed by Sharaf Studio in Kuwait. It supports Arabic and Basic Latin, and includes two styles: pixelated and non-pixelated, each with one variable axis (weight), five weights and four stylistic sets. With collaborations by Mohammad Sharaf and Nika Langoz.
