Maqsad

Maqsad is a modern Arabic typeface that combines a clear structure with sharp details, giving words a strong presence without compromising readability. Its letterforms balance open spaces, horizontal extensions, and distinctive cuts, creating a recognizable character in headlines while maintaining consistency in short texts and smaller sizes. The family includes seven weights, ranging from Light to Extra Bold, along with a variable version that offers flexible and precise control over weight and Kashida length. This gives designers greater freedom to refine typographic rhythm and create expressive compositions. Maqsad is well suited for visual identities, advertising campaigns, packaging, print materials, and digital platforms, particularly when a project calls for a clear, confident typeface with a distinctive personality.
