898 Stencil is a display typeface that is best used for short phrases. It has a calligraphic appearance, as the characters are not of uniform thickness and are instead created using different pen angles to vary the thickness of the strokes. The font is indebted to past scripts, especially Naskh. In the design of 898 Stencil typeface, an attempt has been made to eliminate the gap of fat font (FAT) in Arabic type based on the needs and visual criteria of the designer.
