The Atiq typeface is inspired by the design of lead printing types used in newspapers and publications from the 1920s and 1930s (Solar Hijri calendar). It bridges the gap between Thuluth and Naskh scripts, combining elements of both. Atiq font was first showcased in 2017 at the "Sarv-e noqre-i"(Silver Cypress) Biennial and was featured in the exhibition catalog. This typeface includes three weights, over 1,800 glyphs, and approximately 870 ligatures.
