The Manli typeface closely resembles natural handwriting. In many handwritten-style typefaces, the letters are designed by hand and then connected on a baseline, whereas the Manli typeface features a fluid baseline. This structure is similar to what shapes the Nasta'liq script, and the typeface designer, Mohhamad Amouei, has utilized this concept skillfully.
