Greta Khoury

Greta Khoury is a designer and educator who has been living between Beirut, London and Coimbatore in Southern India. Central to her work is the study of the Arabic script and the exploration of contemporary calligraphic forms. Throughout her career, Greta has collaborated with various design studios, branding agencies and type foundries in UK and Europe to conceive or advise on bilingual brand identities and custom Arabic type design. She holds an MA from the London College of Communication and a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut. She is currently a faculty member at the American University of Beirut [AUB] and at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts [ALBA].
